I am happy with the service and my apartment key was delivered on time. I am not quite impressed with the limited designs available (hopefully they are working on more varieties) but the key works and that's important! Very cheap definitely using their service again!

I had seen the reviews prior to contacting them and service and professionalism seem the be their highlights to my dismay. I had seen their quotes ranging from $20 to $200 and seems it didn’t seem like a big job(old door, with plenty of gaps between door and frame) I didn’t think it was going to be too much as I had also seen posted on their websites that they did not tack on any fees. They were quick, they arrived within 45 minutes of my initial call. The Locksmith told me it was going to be $169 plus a $29 fee, I had been locked out of my house for almost two hours at this point and did not have the breath to argue about pricing, but it seemed overpriced since an air bag was all it needed. I was charged $198 for what normally goes for $50-$75, for a job similar to what opening a car door would be. I would not recommend, I would never use them again and I am going to let people know how overpriced their service is so that they don’t become victims when they’re in despair and trying to get into their homes.
